- Modified Pull-up bar
- Cell phone timer
Equipment to get it done:
- Dumbbells or Sandbag or Kettlebell or anything similar
- Skipping rope or rapid toe tapping (simulate skipping)
- Modified pull-up bar (use dowel, hockey stick anything to be placed shoulder height)
