This 4 month program focuses on increasing Absolute Strength using 16 total workouts.
Absolute strength is the maximum amount of force exerted, regardless of muscle or body size.
Absolute Strength increases will also improve Relative Strength.
Relative Strength is the amount of strength to body size, or how strong you are for your size. This reflects a person's ability to control or move their body through space, a vital trait in athletics and calisthenic training.
This Program Contains
- 4 x 4 week Phases ( 4 months of training)
- Accumulation and Intensification phases
- Each phase has 4 workouts split into Upper and Lower body sessions
- Total workouts for all 4 phases are 16
- Incudes phase description (how & when to increase loads, choose reps ext) for optimal execution, AKA GAINS!
