You all asked for this little treat, well here you go.
Use a large mug, like large! I use a large glass measuring cup.
*In a separate cup:
- Melt 1 tbsp butter *in microwave or stove if old fashioned
*Grab the measuring cup or fancy large mug and:
- Pam spray your measuring cup or mug *to help cake slide right out
- poor melted butter in the cup
* Start adding everything into mug on top of the melted butter
- 1 scoop protein powder - 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 pinch baking powder
- 1 tbsp heavy whipped cream - 1 whole egg *Now mix everything up until blended. *Pop into microwave for 2min 30sec or 3min. Keep checking the cake (without opening the door). You will see the cake will rise up to top of mug, then fall down into mug a tiny bit as it cooks through. * Use an oven glove to take mug out as it will be hot. * Get a bowl or plate ready and just turn the mug upside down, it should side right out. If not, give it a tap on the back end of mug. Macros Protein 40g Fat 38g Carbs 8g **Toppings (not added above in macros) This will be up to you. I like Walden's Farm Syrup and a hit of whipped cream. I have used chocolate chips, blueberries, greek yogurt, w
