How to Track Body Weight


Do Not weigh yourself after you workout or after any activity DO give yourself props for kicking ass in a workout and eating well after


Do Not weigh yourself more than once per day DO (If weighing yourself), weigh after a Great night’s sleep, after going to the bathroom & after multiple days of consistency.


Do Not weigh yourself after binge eating or falling off the wagon, this is self-sabotage! DO notice that you fell off the wagon, be thankful for noticing, now do some analysis on why this occurred and give yourself the positive direction to go forward.


Do Not place your weight above ALL and Every effort you have successfully done in the past month. DO write down all the GOOD and Full effort victories you have successfully done in the past month. See the forward progress.


Stay off the scale. Take your measurements!

Remember, YOU are the only one making your body weight the be all end all and trumping any successful efforts you are working hard on daily.


There is not a person in the world who cares, nor looks at you and wonders your body weight.


Take the initiative and sculpt your body, be in love with how you look as this is your sculpture, you did the work and will continue to polish!
