100% of female clients that I have worked with came to me eating very low protein levels.
- When I had them increase their protein to their individual optimal levels, they all had way less cravings, improved sleep, mood, recovery and focus!
96% of female clients come to me eating nothing before a workout and then eating nothing after their workout.
- Many have no clue that carbohydrates can actually help fuel their energy and efforts giving them a higher quality training or cardio session to enhance progressive overload progress over time.
- Being fueled is a good thing!
- Many women are plain scared of carbs around cardio and training because they think in terms of "Calories burned" on a machine or what some class deems "High effort good job, that was a fat burning zone". Sadly they go home starving and eat back those calories burned!

- The majority of females said they do these:
Fit Bootcamps, Spin, F45, Orange Theory, Running 3-8k per day, YouTube fitness class, YMCA classes.
- The majority of females admitted to massive hunger cravings at night and binge eating. Especially on weekends.
- Not being able to do a real chin-up or push-up
- Not being able to do a proper bodyweight squat to depth
98% of these ladies thought that lifting weights will make them BIG! ***Sadly these women have GAINED weight (gotten BIG!) every year doing the OPPOSITE of Strength Training!!! Excessive cardio classes!
Now, I am not saying cardio is bad! It is very much needed for your cardiovascular health and VO2 Max.
It is NOT the GO2 way to lose weight if you are a female and TRULY want to see change in your Body Composition!

👉Muscles hold glycogen aka carbs.....these muscles must be stronger and working harder to handle carbs! No working muscle, store carbs in your fat cells!
Your 5k runs and bootcamps on the weekend with 4 glasses of wine and chocolate almonds are killing you!

👉The female body is too good at long distance cardio and adapts super quickly to this, thus you need more and more and more to see any progress!
