CONTEST PREP

The Contest Preparation Packages are for individuals seeking to compete in the sport of aesthetics (bodybuilding, physique, bikini, modelling) and are EXTREMELY DEDICATED to their fitness in the gym, as well as their preparation in the kitchen.

After consulting with our team, a specific game plan and show date will be determined based on current photos, muscle tone, muscle development, body fat % and training/dieting experience.

We don't just get you to the stage, we focus on a healthy and happy approach. There are no starvation diets here!

We require a minimum of 16 week commitment, though many future competitors need more time to see the process through in a safe and healthy manner. Gone are the days of a super strict 12/16 week prep. Working with a coach in the off-season will help you gain valuable knowledge and build muscle prior to the cutting phase needed in "prep". We offer off-season Lifestyle Fitness Packges for this purpose/goal.

4-week Reverse Diet add-on is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for competitors following the competition date to ensure a healthy guided return to "normal life".
