We decided to sign up together after seeing our friends’ results that had worked with Chad. Deciding to do it together was excellent as we supported each other, meal planned together, worked out as partners and kept each other accountable.
Chad was a wealth of knowledge that allowed us to learn and benefit from his breadth of experience, where you could easily connect with him to ask questions as you had them along the way.
We were fairly “healthy eaters”, but were fined tuned to portion control, amount of fat, carb/starch and protein, and meal timing around workouts to see incredible results. The workouts were fun, supportive and hard as hell, but again with incredible results after 90 days! The sculpted program was just what I needed to kick start my fitness again after having a baby. The workouts and material are easy to access and Chad is able to be an excellent support remotely. I've worked with Sculpted by Brandt in the past for contest prep and was very pleased, and working with him again post partum in such a different life phase has been another great experience. This guy truly knows his stuff! I would recommend the program to anyone no matter their fitness level.
